1. Mixing nozzle head: The mixing nozzle head can be electronically controlled to inject two liquid raw materials, and can perform the mixing and spitting function during infusion. After infusion, it can receive an automatic flushing device to clean the interior.
2. Quantitative pump: This machine is equipped with two sets of quantitative pumps driven by servo motors, which have the function of variable raw material delivery volume. Therefore, it can accurately perform the quantitative delivery of two liquids required by the operator within its speed range.
3. Raw material barrels: This machine has two raw material barrels for the storage needs of two kinds of liquid raw materials.
4. Electric control box The functions of this device are as follows:
   (1) Opening and closing of quantitative pump, temperature control, feeding, mixer, etc.
   (2) Perfusion time setting and execution.
   (3) Display of voltage and current.
   (4) Raw material temperature, pump control and display.
   (5) Display and alarm of abnormal conditions.
5. Cleaning agent barrel This device provides a storage space for the detergent. It can automatically store a certain amount of detergent and pressure when the mixing head is filled, and automatically flush the mixing head after the filling stops for a certain period of time.
6. Vacuum feeding pump This device can assist in automatically adding external raw materials to the corresponding raw material barrel (please stop filling when adding materials).
