1. This machine used for surface smearing of even faceplate, such as, wood floor, flat furniture, plastic and steel’s surface dope smearing. The dope surface after smearing will be smooth, full and no color difference.
2. It can use many kinds of dope on smearing, for example, UV, PU, NC, etc. And can use the dope circularly which avoid waste.
3. Running of photoelectric roller, spraying roller and conveying belt are controlled by frequency converter respectively, which run stable and has high precision.
4. Plank material’s spraying speed reaches to 35m/min.
5. Dope reclaim tank can take out or cased freely, and convenient for cleaning.
6. Thickness of workpiece’s dope surface can be controlled about 5-15g/m².
7. Up-down adjustment of photoelectric roller and smearing roller adopts straight lead rail orientation (Up-down manually or automatically), the part of up-down won’t moving that insure the stable working of smearing roller.
