3. Close and open of curtain head control by cylinder that move horizontally, easy to operate and adjust. Curtain head is in close state and formed by pump pressure. Convenient to adjust its thickness, distributing evenly, and no difference on lacquer surface thickness.
4. Coater uses with belt conveyor. There’re two belt conveyors locate on coater’s front and back. Photoelectrical eye controls speed up-and-down. Max running speed reaches 115m/min, which reduces your cost by spraying evenly on part surface to decrease using lacquer.
