At present, the prototype is a dual sand frame composed of steel rollers and air cushions, equipped with strong power, mainly used for fixed thickness sanding of wooden boards or cement fiber boards. After polishing with the air cushion shaped sand frame, the surface effect of the board will be very smooth, saving paint for future paint coating and improving the coating effect.

The C-shaped sand holder of this model can also be used for sanding the flat paint surface, which is very suitable for sanding the wide board surface or appropriately deformed material board surface paint, and will not sand through the paint.
